Records officially started keeping records of births and deaths
in July, 1909. Maintains sampling of delayed birth and death
records of Arizona citizens from 1855 and 1877 respectively,
from other sources. Marriage and divorce records in the state of
Arizona aren't maintained by the office and must be obtained
from the Clerk of the Superior Court in the county where the
event occurred.
