records are available from July, 1905 onwards; though some
delayed birth records exist for births occurring prior to 1905.
Vital records can be requested in-person, by mail, or by phone.
Records can be obtained directly from the state office of from
the Register of Deeds office in the county the event occurred.
Records are restricted and only available to certain individuals
(see link above for more details).
